Craft a 4 to 12-week self or group challenge and immerse yourself in the excitement of triumph or the consequences of overindulging. Keep track of your daily drinks and allow for some exceptions along the way. Receive weekly and final outcomes to monitor the extent of your drinking reduction. Earn rewards or possibly face penalties for challenges, established by the challenge initiator, also known as the bartender.
